Joanna and all remaining assembly members,
Your conclusion here, although strong, is appropriate, we believe.
It has been a raging practice of the Berkman center to appear
conciliatory in the past ICANN "Events", with respect to remote
participation. However the truth is that the remote participation
provided has been poor at best, and at times nonexistent as the archives
of this another forums will clearly indicate.
