Harald and all remaining assembly members,

  I appreciate your concern here, as it seems that it is at least in part
indirectly directed towards myself.  However, in all due candor,
I have a very few comments in reply to a couple of your points
here.  (See more below Haralds comments/points)

  I am guilty of "C".  I "CC'ed" ga-abuse@dnso.org as often such complaints
have gone unaddressed in the past, some long standing complaints still
remain unaddressed, as a matter of fact.

  Very true.  And this has been the problem which was debated at length
by some past DNSO members.  Trying to codify "Morals" in a set of
rules, as with laws in government, is very problematic, if not impossible
as to their reasonable enforcement.
