Joop and all remaining assembly members,
I disagree with you on this one, Joop. Nominations should be completely
open. The many reasons are for the most part obvious.
BTW, I have never seen any participation by Charles Sha'ban, so
I couldn't in good faith vote for him, his Aribic translation skills
not withstanding, of course. I do however believe that he
can be nominated.
