Of course William has a bias. Don't we all? Based on some of his posts, I'd
say that bias sometimes blinds him to the facts. (but then there's the question
of whether the facts are actually as I see them, and then we start talking about
my bias and ....)

However, here I'd say he's obviously correct.

Any procedure that could take the bodacioustatas.com complaint seriously (let
alone rule in the plaintiff's favour, as the WIPO arbitrator did!) is broken.
It grants trademark holders "rights" they do not have in law anywhere, then
"protecs" those "rights" through a flawed procedure.
