Not clear that I could agree with you, William, since I would think that
industry stakeholder consultation and input would be needed on that topic.
So, maybe you are right, maybe I am right, but more consolation is
definitely called for! Ever the Internet way, right/

I understand that any such policy would grandfather existing
registered domains.
However, I do not find that to be a justification for such a major
change in policy for the TLD.
A change in policy such as this at this late date is simple not
appropriate, regardless of the grandfathering of existing domains and
their uses.
