Bruce and all remaining assembly members,

  I think your straw poll is a good idea and does save allot ot time.
However you only offered two options in your straw poll, which
I didn't think was adequate.  There is a third option...  That option might
be worded as follows:

3.) Plan C. - Modification to New contract protecting current
                    registration practice and policy for .ORG and .NET
                    and determination of usage of the $5m and $200m.
