I agree with both Roberto and Sandy on the importance of discussion and a
reasoned position.
My request for a ruling on the voting options was merely so that the Booth
could be ready by the time we are required to collect the opinions of those
who remain silent in the discussions.
If no ruling comes from the Chair, I will have to make the best of the
public feedback (David Farrar's) I received.
