Good point Andy! I am a bit surprised to read this from you however
given your past record on this issue... I am glad to see a change in
attitude here however. Well done! >;)
Your point also again points out one of several significant problems
with the UDRP in handling Domain Name disputes, as well as the
questionable wisdom or the the USPTO adding additional classes
of Trademarks in '99 to include domain name related .??? as
viable classes of Trademarks. It has been our [INEGroup's]
position, and still remains so, that DN's cannot adequately
equate to a TM. The problems that we have seen thus far sense
Jan '99 have shown this to be quite evident....
