The list monitor has no plans to raise complaint against any of the 4 
candidates for excessive posting during this week.

Note that:

- If other people complain, the list monitor will have to evaluate the
   situation. But discretion will be applied.
- This applies ONLY to the four candidates
- All the other list rules remain in force.
