Sorry David, in true ICANN fashion I'm going to flip-flop now...

I think we *should* cancel the election ASAP.  I wish to make a motion of
it.  Who will second?

(Also, if this motion is carried, I wish to nominate Marilyn Cade, Kent
Crispin, and Dave Crocker as candidates for any new election for GA Chair).
