[ga] [ADMIN] Admonishment on use of derogatory name corruption

Note from the list monitor:

The list monitor has received a comment that if making obscure/obscene 
jokes out of one person's name is an offense, then doing so to another's 
name is also an offense.

Multiple repetition of the same offense does not make it less offensive.
