This is completely correct, Walsh that is, The courts have ruled and so has public
opinion, there is no special right of prior restraint that should be accorded IP
when it comes to Domains.And there is no right for the Registrars to use that one
ubiquitis section that allows them to yank names when they want too.

The examples we read today are examples of theft and if everyone is so passive as
to think that is OK, so as not to rock the boat, your silent majority just took a
nosedive in credibility.
