[ga] Congratulations to the new chairs

My congratulations on your selection as the GA choice for new GA chairs.

You have plenty of work ahead of you, in trying to make sure the opinions 
of the GA are heard in ICANN, in trying to make sure debate in the GA is 
conducted in a manner that clearly exposes the will of the GA, and in 
trying to make the GA an inclusive body where those who want to participate 
in ICANN DNSO activities can participate effectively.
