The decisions are publicly documented.

The actual complaint and response aren't.

I have seen one case where the panel changed the wording of what was
reported in the decision as the "respondent's words", to make the
respondent appear to be a "domain name warehouser".

There's absolutely nothing in the UDRP rules to stop them doing this, of
course.
