Not really. It is or it ain't. If use is criteria, it is. If it ain't it ain't.
We've been registering names, using the TLD in commerce. It's
real. It works. It's in use and has been for quite a while. Before
our management, it was in use under another company's name - in
a pubic root. Before that it was for usenet. Long history of use.
