  I see not reason legal or otherwise for Atlantic Root to be even interested
in Disclaimers of any sort.  I would advise against using any at all.  Alantic's
.BIZ is a part of the DNS and was the first .BIZ TLD to be in operation.

  I respectfully disagree with you conclusion here Patrick.  I think it is evident
that these issues ARE specifically important to THIS Forum.  How say the
rest of the DNSO GA?

  ICANN is not in charge of the Legacy Root Zone yet, and may never be.
The "Might makes Right" idea ended in the at the end of the Dark Ages.
Hence the idea that this situation is rendered moot is not only distracting
in and of itself, it is fundamentally in disagreement with the White Paper,
MoU, APA, and the FCFS doctrine that has been the practice in such
business legal practices....

  More strategic question(s) can be carried out simultaneously on separate
