I would like to suggest to this list to think up ways to increase ICANN's required 51% *public* funding requirement under US-IRS rules to maintain its 501(c)(3) non-profit status. The Board has noted these two items:

 

1.) Project Grants

2.) Contributions and Other

 

*Public* monies include:

 

1.) Federal Grants

2.) Foundations Grants

3.) Private corporation donations

4.) Individual donations

5.) Non-Voting Memberships

 

Please note under the IRS rules these monies may be *in-kind* and hard cash.

 

Would this list like to take on this?
