IMHO that wording and conceptions are inapproriate to the management of the
DNSO/GA ML. In order to help our Chairs to be advised on the best way to
proceed on his difficult matter:

I motion that the WG-Review initiated Center of Interest ML on consensus
uncovering,  ML management methods, net-democracy, transparency, etc...
is activated.with the purpose of presenting iCANN wide propositions.
"

PS I also propose that those interested in joining or monitoring that list 
let it
know to the GA, so we may jointly better asses the maturation of this idea.
