[ga] Testbed and confidentiality of data

Dear all,

I presume many if not most GA members already are avid
readers of Bret Fausett's ICANN Blog, but just in
case: Please read the "Testbed Confidential" part at
  http://www.lextext.com/icann/index.html
It is about proposed delays in the publication of
the new TLD implementation data for .biz and .info.

Please keep in mind that the *seven* day deadline
for directors to review these two contracts is
already running!
