[ga] DOC protests

To whom . . .:

There is a procedure outlined at
http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/ac/comp/proc/protest.htm
that permits a protest of contracts being executed by the Dept.
of Commerce. It might be worthwhile to research that a bit and
see whether it fits the whole ICANN, Verisign, etc., etc., scene.
(It comes under DOC "procurement," which usually involves
buying paper clips or whatever, but might be applicable, if there
were anyone tuned in here who was unhappy with whatever the
DOC has done or might be planning to do.  Ahem. )
