[ga] Explain something to me, huh?

With Joop Ternstra and the IDNO having been around for years trying
to speak for individual domain name owners, what is the purpose of now
having an "outreach" by something called the "At-Large Study Committee,"

which indicates that it, too, seeks to speak for the individual?  Does
that
not fragment what little success in organization of individuals like
myself
that has occurred?
