Your message to the List is quite interesting considering you are
contributing to
what you're apparently condemning.
In any case, the GA of the DNSO is primarily a POLICY oriented forum,
no?
I suspect that if the Chair were pointing people to work outside the
framework of the DNSO, that this has political (i.e. policy)
ramifications.
