I hope that wasn't intentionally disengenous.  You may not be aware that
it is currently the case that the membership is currently frozen, the
pages static, registraition closed, and that there is no way for members
to update contact details.  That "mainenance" may or may not be 'lumped'
with something else, but any place you put a zero effort, it's still zero
effort.
