I don't think they are contracted and/or offering a service and charging
to ICANN. I think you are going outside the scope of this
discussion and saying things that doesn't have to do with what I am stating in this
discussion. Anyway, at least the people in charge of the At-Large study
are not complaining about the big volume of job and they have a real huge
job to do. We are not talking about if they eat caviar. They are working!
!! and very hard!!!
