What rogue name spaces are you referring to? Can you name them?
Can you show us specifically what makes them rogue? If not, than
your personal attack of Inclusive and Competitive root structures
is not supported and thereby not warranted. If you can, please do
in detail if you please! >;)

Also agreed. Such rogue behavior from the ICANN BoD sense MDR,
and from the registry decisions at MDR would be strong evidence to this
statement. Wishing to create anarchy by proposing adding a TLD that is
already in existence and in operation, and tabling another (.WEB),
to cause a potential collision situation is possibly defined as rogue or
an anarchist act...
