  I am sure that the ICANN BoD members could "Pass the hat" and
come up with the required funding for Patrick and Danny to attend,
or Vint's buddies over at the GIP http://www.gip.org can get the
funding our of petty cash for Patrick and Danny....  Vint, be a good
old son, and give them a call, ok?  >;)  I am sure that Patrick and
Danny would be happy to work the funding off later in doing some
"Chores" for the GIP later such as general janitorial duties....
