DNSO is Domain Name Supporting Organization. By "black letter" definition,
this does not include ASO/PSO activities or creation of meta-groups, like
other SOs. Also, ICANN has already stated that @Large is at BoD scope and
not in SO scope, since it is ICANN-wide and not restricted to a specific SO.

ICANN bylaws and other ICANN documents. IMHO, we have enough on our plate
that we shouldn't be poaching from other plates.
