  You seem to miss the most, and really only, relevant point about this applicant.

That being that they are a qualified 501 c(3) company.  As such Dave, they
are very qualified to be a Noncom member.  Anything else is a witch
hunt mostly....

  This need to be said in the open and plainly.  Dave, you and Kent seem
to be on a quest to discredit the NCDNHC as a constituency.  As to why,
I am not sure.  And I really don't care either, as I am sure other don't.
But to continue this kind of silliness and slurring that you and Kent seem
bound and determined to continue, is incredulous.  :(  You have been
admonished for this kind of behavior before publicly an by the
DOC/NITA.  It seems that you either have not learned your lesson
or, you have decided that such was not justified.  I for one, think the
former is more likely the case....
