Here is the most concerning part from the URL above:
"(e) policies for the entity's operation of the .org top-level domain (to the
extent they are not to be established by the entity)."
As some may recall, this indicates what we [INEGroup] predicted would
come to the fore front as the main reason for the spinning off of the .ORG
gTLD on the NCDNHC mailing list as well as this forum....

This is a good idea. However it is most likely already decided as to
what the future of .ORG is or will be....
