Can a Watchdog Committee member be a candidate?

When a nominee accepts his nomination to run for a GA position,
he must resign from the Watchdog Committee supervising nomination
and election process.

It happen exactly this way for Jon Weinberg for exemple. When he
decided to accept to run for the GA Chair position, he sent out
simultaneously his resignation from Watchdog Committee.

Until his/her formal acceptance, a nominee is free.
