Not only that, but these new "Registrars", to ensure their successful
warehousing activities, are overloading the Registry with connections
during the (now) infamous drop period, and the "normal" registrars are
being denied connections altogether, or suffering huge delays just trying
to register normal business.
Surely Verisign can put in place connection limitations, so that these new
"Registrars" cannot effect normal registrars business operations.
Perhaps a system where a Registrar's number of registration requests cannot
exceed more than 120% its normal _successful_ registration traffic that it
would normally do during non-drop periods.
This would allow normal Registrars to continue operation and limit the
damage caused to their business by the new boutique registry-hammering
registrars.

barcelona.com stolen, stmoritz.com stays. What's uniform about the UDRP?
We could ask ICANN to send WIPO a clue, but do they have any to spare?
