Danny and all assembly members,

  I don't believe that such and "Expert" really exists or could exist.
There are many of us, that have some experience in this area though.
If elected to this task force I would be seeking outside of the
active participants for assistance in helping to design a proper
questionnaire.  However I believe that collectively the DNSO GA
and the constituencies should be the primary input for possible
questionnaire questions.

  What might also be useful in this endeavor would be to request the
Registrars to post a request for their registrants to send in potential
question for this questionnaire as well as the non ICANN registries..
