Sure! in your non profit strange US conception an Individual Domain Name
Holder constituency means more revenues for the NC, ... or they would have
no voting rights :-)
I agree that if you pay you should vote.
I disagree that you have to pay twice to vote.
I disagree that you can vote only if you pay.
I will be rude, but clear: there are languages where democracy does not
spells yet as business.
