This would lead to a "root TLD", where a keyword would have an unique 
meaning for the entire world. A huge value for the most powerfull TM 
holders. No need to register in every TLD that open roots might create.
This would certainly go in Stuart's way of an "unique authoritative toot" ...
They want it for years.. They name them "famous TradeMarks", or is it 
infamous TMs?
