Hello Sotiris,
His comments clearly violate the rules (At least if you base Patrick's
own complaints as a basis for what constitutes a rules violation), so
I'd say send a complaint, but history has shown the monitors are not
willing to enforce the rules against Patrick, so it is rather
pointless.
