Joe and all assembly members,
I agree that any set of rules cannot be legitimately changed via fiat
and be considered legitimate, unless the majority of participants
decide to abide by those newly imposed rules. The problem here
is that the current rules are illegitimate as everyone here knows.
So, this should or must be corrected if the GA is to remain
a legitimate assembly, and move forward with the work that
needs to be done by the GA members...
