Bill and all assembly members,
Well Bill, you know that the ICANN BoD and staff have the emaculate
declaration ability. It is in the Bylaws. Therefore they can "Claim"
anything
is consensus at any time for any reason, without be required to quantify
such a declaration. It's disgusting, dishonest, and unethical, but what the
heck,
they do it anyway... :(
