Danny and all assembly members,

  We [INEGroup] are in agreement with he tone and content of this
letter.  We have known for some time that most of the members of
the ICANN BoD are not and have not been acting in the best interests
of the stakeholders.  Their very questionable "Claims" of consensus
on a large number of issues has been questioned, without confirmation
from the ICANN BoD to show consensus on any issue to which
they have stated such a consensus exists in the direction of the
policies to which they have set.  Without an fully elected 9 members
of the At-Large directors seated, such "Claims" have no value
in our opinion, and subsequent policies determined thus far are also
of no value and are inconsistent with any form of consensus...
