Re: [ga] Letter from ICANN to New.net
So William,
I gather that means that your position is such that you refuse to acknowledge
any possibility that any structure outside of ICANN can have any market
feasibility regarding any type of "alt.root". Please be more direct than an
analogy. (because I come from Flagstaff, where we claim Percival Lowell
discovered Pluto using a camera while others claim it was discovered by a
mathmatician - the mathmatician theory requires faith in numbers as your
analogy requires faith in the unkown)
If your answer to this is affirmative I think we can then move forward at
building a consensus either with your position or my cooperation position as
the policy which the GA supports.
Sincerely,
Eric
