Danny and all assembly members,

  Why will the letter mentioned only be available to the Registrars
ML and not the DNSO GA list as well?  In that the Registrars
ML is a "Closed" ML of the DNSO, which is questionable in and
of itself, one would think that the stakeholder community should be
able to actively participate in discussions on the particulars of what
the referenced letter in the Archived E-Mail (See below) should
or would contain if anything...
