Contributors, I first read this and I could not put my finger on why it bothered me. So I have reread it a few more times. It is for sure we know Mr. Gomes motivation in matters that he posts. Apparently he has trouble understanding why this would be of interest to the GA, aside from any other issue. So he attacks the messenger and impliedly and supports the actors, without supplying any proof that this should be taken this way. So one has to ask: We are curious as to what your motivations would be in posting this question without providing any facts that they are not made in perfect context and what the resulting action was by the council. Probable answer: To hurt, our Chair's credibility and take the attention away from a very important issue. To deflect the obvious repercussions of this matter on voting rights and manipulation of the internal structure of ICANN. Why would he do that? Sincerely,
