James and all assembly members,

  Indeed!  As you Jamie, Kent Crispin has long been a provocateur
for various organizations (PAB, POC, IAHC, gTLD-MoU and now
ICANN)  as such it is not surprising to see him yet again spin
another web of dis or misinformation...

None the less thank you for pointing out these obvious and detrimental
ramblings from the "Crispy one"!
