one previous formal submission ? one rejection ? (roberto previously
outlined reason for rejection)
interesting play on words leah....... i guess the singular "one" could be
interpreted as "every" (but frankly..... it's a bit of a stretch )
i am still waiting for concrete "proposals" and all i see here is on this
list "unstructured discussion"
its too bad that all the energy that has been put into complaining hasn't
been applied more constructively into preparation of a concrete proposal
for submission
