Caroline and all assembly members,

  This is interesting information.  When was this Pre-Montevidio
meeting announced?  Is it and open meeting, i.e. open to the public?
where is the agenda published?  What are the dates of this pre-Montevidio
IPC meeting?  What are the goals of this Pre-Montevidio?
