This is mainly deserved as the ICANN BoD and staff have earned a poor
reputation. This is most especially true in it's funds management practices...

As they shouldn't. Nor should any other constituency. However we already
know that tow of the other constituencies are attempting to BLOCK the
formation of ANY other constituencies.

The GA Chairs or other GA representatives funding should come ONLY
from the DNSO GA members or the DNSO GA's own collected or acquired
funds.
