Just a note in passing: Cooperation and give-and-take with other
constituencies
require there to be other constituencies with common goals. On the face of
it,
it appears to me that the NCDNHC would have quite a bit in common with a
Registrants Constituency, were there such a thing. If the NCDNHC (which,
in spite of the "Subject" of this email, is still a Constituency and not an
SO,
last time I heard) were so inclined, it might find some allies (numbers?) by
expressing its support for the formation of a Registrants Constituency.
