Leah and all assembly members,
Leah, don't shoot the messenger here. Or should I say never slap away
a helping hand. I think Peter is trying to do the right thing in this
instance.
And I for one applaud his effort! Well done Peter! A better solution
would be to match Peters offer, Leah. Are you game?
On the other hand, part of the problem why other candidates and others
interested in attending the Montevideo meeting is that they have NOT done
much in their own behalf, or sought out sources of funding to attend. They
should have done so. Although I am not a devout religious man, I believe
the bible has a passage that is relevant here. The being: "The lord helps
those that help themselves". Enough said on this subject I believe?!
