This is correct. If Markle had not come with an offer of ticket and 
accommodation, (I asked for accommodation only)  I would have gone with the 
help of InternetNZ.
As it was , InternetNZ was happy to re-allocate the money for much needed 
travel for other f2f meetings of ccTLD's.

InternetNZ also deserves public recognition  for a $500 subsidy to my 
approx. $3000 cost to participate in Yokohama.
