[ga] Uh oh ... mail queue dump warning.

Sorry folks,

What appears to be a rash of messages, from me, today, is actually a result
of the past three days of mail queue getting dumped out with todays
time-stamp. MS-Exchange does not time-stamp sent messages until they
actually get sent. I indicated earlier that I have had some connectivity
problems. Well, I just cleared some of them up, with my upstream, and this
is the unfortunate result.

Although I appear to have exceeded the posting limits for today, I haven't,
AFAICT. Unfortunately, this sort of queueing problem will continue until I
can arrange another upstream feed. To say that "my upstream is becoming less
than reliable", would be making an understatement. 

I apologize to you all. I will attempt to keep the chaos to a minimum.
