Whereas ICANN arranges for the logistics for webcasting the meetings Vany
lists below, the actual funding for that has come from donations.

Facts:

ICANN provides GA meeting, NC meeting, ICANN Board meeting and Public Forum,
the following:

        - Webcast of meetings

        - Scribes

        - Chat (I don't know if uses IRC or other chat) during the meetings

        - Archive of minutes and webcast accesible from
cyber.law.hardvard.edu

NOTE:  Constituencies meetings are not provided with this.  If they want all
of this provided by the same who provides

webcasting, etc, constituencies would have to pay.  In fact, constituencies
pays and/or search

sponsors of the GA and NC meeting webcasting.
